the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for
Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of Tufts
University School of Medicine (TUSM) and Tufts Health Care Institute
(THCI). TUSM is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical
education for physicians.

for a maximum of 23 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.
Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the
extent of their participation in the activity.

CE credit you must: 1.
sign-in; 2. remain for the entire program; 3. complete and
submit a
program evaluation.
Conference attendees will use the Tufts Online
Credit Tracker to claim CE credits and print out a continuing
educations certificates. Located at http://cme.thci.org/conference.asp . If
they are not yet registered with the Tufts Online Credit Tracker,
attendees will need to complete the registration form to create
a password protected account. Using a program code provided to
attendees, they will submit the number of credits they are claiming
and verify that they have completed the program evaluation. After
which a certificate of credit will appear in their web browser
they can print. After this process attendees may log in anytime
and view or print the certificates that have been granted through
this system.
