ACCREDITATION

Physicians: This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of Tufts University School of Medicine (TUSM) and Tufts Health Care Institute (THCI). TUSM is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

TUSM designates this live activity for a maximum of 20.5 AMA PRA Category1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 

Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending. 

This activity meets criteria of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine for 5.5 hours of Risk Management Credit. 

Nurses: Tufts University School of Medicine Office of Continuing Education is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s COA. 

This activity provides a maximum of 20.5 contact hours for nurses. 

Partial credit is available for nurses. 

Pharmacists:

Tufts University School of Medicine Office of Continuing Education is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.

This activity is available for a total of 20.5 contact hours.

Partial credit for pharmacists is available for attending the Applied Skills Course on Day 1 and Day 2. Partial credit is not available on Day 3. You must attend the entire Workshop on Day 3 to receive credit.
