Physicians
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of Tufts University School of Medicine (TUSM) and Tufts Health Care Institute (THCI). TUSM is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

TUSM designates this live activity for a maximum of 20.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Family Physicians
This Live activity, Information Mastery: A Practical Approach to Evidence-Based Care, with a beginning date of November 15, 2012, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 20.25 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians. This activity meets criteria of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine for 5 hours of Risk Management Credit.

Partial credit for pharmacists is available for attending the Applied Skills Course on Day 1 and Day 2. Partial credit is not available on Day 3. You must attend the entire Workshop on Day 3 to receive credit.
