Joanne Kelly is the Manager of Budget and Operations for Tufts Health Care Institute (THCI) and the Office of Continuing Education (OCE) of Tufts University School of Medicine (TUSM). She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the finances of THCI, the OCE, and the International Society for Disease Surveillance (ISDS), including assuring that all financial records, revenues and expenses, annual vendor or consultant contracts, and memberships are accurate and up-to-date. Under the direction of the Executive Director for THCI/OCE, Joanne manages and oversees program budgets for THCI, OCE, and ISDS projects and develops quarterly or monthly (as specified) financial reports for the THCI Board of Directors and TUSM University Finance office.
Prior to joining TUSM OCE/THCI in 2006, Ms. Kelly worked for Quincy Community Action’s Head Start Program for 6 years in an administrative/fiscal management role. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College.
