Dr. Randy Vogenberg is Director and National Practice Leader at ASA Health System Education and Pharmaceutical Consulting, an AON Consulting Company, in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He holds an academic appointment with the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy as Deans' Professor of Pharmacy Management.

He is a member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy Leadership Board, a nationally recognized leader in the promotion of TQM/CQI principles, geriatric team strategies, and was a participant in the National Project on Systems in Health. He served as Co-preceptor for the Associate in Health Outcomes Research at Harvard Community Health Plan-Medical Groups Division, and is an invited peer reviewer for medical professional or specialty publications.

Since 1981, he has conducted research or consulted on drug distribution issues, economic issues for pharmaceutical services, access to medications, and decision making for drug therapy selection. His health care system experience includes hospital, long term care, and ambulatory health care; managed care research and education; Managed Care Editor for the journal Hospital Pharmacy; professional association offices at State and national levels; and has extensively published on medical-legal or economic issues in health care.

Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island, a Master's degree in health care administration from Antioch University, and Doctorate in health care management from Century University. Additionally, he completed an ASHP Accredited Residency at Brigham & Womens' Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston.
