on Microsoft Windows Systems:

an uninstall routine to the CD-ROM program group
Detects/fixes
user tracking and bookmarking problems on some machines
Detects/fixes
incompatible sound drivers on some machines
The
"Understanding Managed Care" CD must already be installed
on your system before the patch is applied.
Please
follow 5 quick steps here to download the patch:
Click "download" and select "open".
If Zip menu
appears, then double click the unzipped file: TMCICDUpdate.exe.
Follow the instructions for initializing.
If
WinZip Wizard appears, then:
Select "next".
When asked "do you want to add a folder..?", select "no".
Select "unzip or install" and "unzip now".
Double click the unzipped file: TMCICDUpdate.exe at C:\unzipped folder to finish the installation.
Finally close the WinZip Wizard.
