| THCI Program Highlights |
| |
| We offer dozens of classroom programs
to participants from across the country on a wide range of topics.
Many are available for open enrollment (see example listing
below), and others are designed for and offered to institutions
and client organizations. |
| |
| THCI's recent focus is on providing
faculty development workshops and conferences around the newly
required ACGME competencies, with a primary focus on Systems-based
Practice and Practice-based Learning and Improvement. Through
our programs, faculty acquire the knowledge and skills to train
residents in the new competencies. They also learn the tools
and techniques for implementing and integrating THCI resources
in their existing programs, enabling them to teach and measure
their learners' mastery of defined knowledge and skills around
these two competencies. |
