Tufts Health Care Institute and Tufts Health Plan jointly present this series of webcasts on health reform in Massachusetts, addressing the evolution of the health insurance system, insurance reform and payment reform. The Massachusetts experience has been and remains a model for national policies and legislation on these issues.
