What is the status of the Tufts Office of Continuing Education (OCE)?

The Tufts University School of Medicine (TUSM) OCE was managed by THCI starting in 2005. The OCE is continuing its operations and maintaining its website within the TUSM Office of Educational Affairs (OEA). For questions, please contact the OCE at [email protected] or 617-636-6579.

Is the THCI Online Learning Campus (OLC) still open?

The THCI Online Learning Campus has closed.

Are records of learners’ activity in the OLC still available?

Programs whose residents or fellows who previously used the OLC to complete modules in academic year 2015-16 were sent reports in February 2016. Those reports were emailed to program directors and coordinators. Individuals who received Continuing Education certificates after completing modules can request copies of their certificates from the Office of Continuing Education at [email protected] or 617-636-6579.

Will there be another Tufts “Mini-Residency Rotation on Practicing Medicine in the Era of Health Reform”?

THCI will not hold another Residency Rotation.

How can I retrieve Continuing Education credits or certificates that I earned from THCI programs or online educational activities?

Certificates of credit for many of THCI’s educational activities — classroom programs or online — were previously available to learners in the Tufts Online Credit Tracker. The Tracker is now closed.

Although the Tracker has closed, all records from the Tracker have been stored with the Tufts University School of Medicine Office of Continuing Education (OCE). To obtain certificates or ask for help, contact the OCE at [email protected] or 617-636-6579. You will need to provide your name, email address, phone number, title of the activity, and the approximate date of attendance or completion.

Can I obtain documentation that I attended a program or completed an activity, without earning Continuing Education credits?

To request this information, please contact the OCE at [email protected] or 617-636-6579. You will need to provide your name, email address, phone number, title of the activity, and the approximate date of attendance or completion.

My point-of-care searches and certificates from EBSCO DynaMed were recorded in the Tufts Online Tracker. Where can I find that information?

All DynaMed searches performed since January 1, 2015 are now recorded in the EBSCO Continuing Education Tracker, https://cmetracker.net/EBSCO/Login?FormName=SearchCreditInput. You can visit that site to create new certificates of credit. If you need a copy of certificates that you generated in the Tufts Tracker, please contact the Tufts University School of Medicine Office of Continuing Education (OCE) at [email protected] or 617-636-6579.
